HR Recruiter for ICT Sector

The company is looking for a candidate that will handle the recruitment for the ICT sector with roles related to the provision of services towards customers (consultants, programmers, systems analysts, project managers, etc..) and more functional roles of organization of ICT services companies (administrative, commercial, assistants, marketing, etc.). The candidate must be able to cooperate and participate actively in the entire selection process. Appreciate ability to work in teams. Fluent in English. It is required experience in HR sector in the role of recruiter from at least 3 years. Salary related with the real experience of the candidate.
- Age between 27 and 40.
- 3/4 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong communication skills and negotiating conditions of employment.
- Strong results orientation and dynamism with respect deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate, "problem solving", autonomous role with ability to work in teams.
- English good/excellent.
- Availability for occasional trips abroad.
- Possess driving license B.
- A pleasant knowledge of the major players and products/services in the ICT sector as Italian and foreign knowledge/experience of staff management
